Clients are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all accounts, passwords, and other sensitive information. Fahim Dynamics Corporation will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to client accounts or data.

Clients must ensure that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Fahim Dynamics Corporation is not responsible for any legal violations by the client.

4. Service Delivery and Performance

4.1 No Guarantees:
Fahim Dynamics Corporation does not guarantee specific results from its services. Digital marketing outcomes can vary significantly and are influenced by a wide range of factors, many of which are beyond our control.

4.2 Modifications and Updates:
Fahim Dynamics Corporation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes to services.

4.3 Third-Party Services:
Fahim Dynamics Corporation may utilize third-party tools, platforms, or services to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or any issues arising from the use of these third-party services.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Fees and Invoicing:
Fees for our services are outlined in the service agreement or proposal provided to the client. Invoices will be issued according to the agreed-upon terms, and payment is due within the specified timeframe.

5.2 Late Payments:
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension, additional fees, or termination of the agreement. Fahim Dynamics Corporation reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate specified in the service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership:
All content, materials, and deliverables created by Fahim Dynamics Corporation as part of our services remain the property of Fahim Dynamics Corporation until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.

6.2 License:
Upon full payment, Fahim Dynamics Corporation grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purposes outlined in the service agreement.

6.3 Client Content:
Clients retain ownership of all content, data, and materials provided to Fahim Dynamics Corporation for use in delivering services. Clients grant Fahim Dynamics Corporation a license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Liability for Indirect Damages:
Fahim Dynamics Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

7.2 Limitation of Direct Damages:
Fahim Dynamics Corporation’s liability for direct damages arising from or related to the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7.3 No Liability for Client Security Issues:
Fahim Dynamics Corporation is not responsible for any security issues, data breaches, or losses arising from the client’s failure to maintain the security of their accounts, systems, or data.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation of confidentiality shall continue after the termination of the agreement.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Client:
Clients may terminate the service agreement at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement, including any notice requirements and payment of outstanding fees.

9.2 Termination by Fahim Dynamics Corporation:
Fahim Dynamics Corporation reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the client fails to comply with these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in conduct that harms our business or reputation.

9.3 Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, Fahim Dynamics Corporation will cease all services, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable. Clients must return or destroy any confidential information or materials provided by Fahim Dynamics Corporation.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the services provided by Fahim Dynamics Corporation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
